Why does the in-car cigarette lighter fuse keep blowing
with every new fuse fitted?

I think it was Kellogs Bran Flakes
maybe there is a wire shorting or arcing which is causing the fuse to blow
The fuses are doing exactly what they are they for - protecting against a fault.
There must be a fault somewhere in the lighter or its circuit.
Is there anything pluged into the fag lighgter when you replace the fuse? if not has someting been lodged in there
had the same problem before and found a penny in there
