car locking

I have a Proton Wira which is locked and unlocked by the key in the drivers door. Alas the keys I have will only lock and ullock the drivers door
Does any one know of a solution or will I have to take it to the dealers?

Mark your wheels eg frt left / frt rgt etc.
Rotate the wheels around back to front to check if problem move back with any of the front wheels.
If it still shakes in front an alignment check should highlight suspension problem.
N.B. A wheel may be balanced ok and still give trouble if the tread has defects.
if the shake comes on has you slow down through that speed range I would look at brake judder as well.
