it is an austin, rover type mini
When these cars were manufactured to a degree there were no speed bumps/ramps, If you are damaging your exhaust due to the height of the bumps & In the same area of your location I would contact your local Highway Department & complain about the costs incurred by yourself & try & claim for the damage done.
I worked at the British Leyland exhaust factory in Oxford 30 years ago, the answer to the problem is to use a cast clamp around the pipe ans manifold connection in place of a pressed metal one, it is heavier and stronger. If the manifold at the joint face is damaged by cracking, pitting or burning it will never seal properly. As for the catching speed bumps, if it has hydro-elastic suspension it could need pumping up, or the engine mounting have sagged.
