brakes clunk

i have a vauxhall vectre and when the thr tyers get warm the bk passenger side brake makes a loud clunking noise,there is also a small spring just hanging on each bk brake,and olso when the hand brake is aplied the car sits slanted ,dose any one know what could be wrong and if it allk relates to the same problem,iv had my brakes checked twice both times the noise has been herd but no body can see what is causing it.

Where the 2 cables run down the car they split just forward that the rear beam, 1 to the N/S + 1 to the OFF/S they should go through a Hanger then inserting through the back plate onto the rear brake Disks/ Linings, there is possibility that either the Caliper is worn ( I doubt though) or the pads are not a perfect fit into the slides, have the pads been replaced of late? The spring is this inside the Hub? or near the back plate?
