hi i have a rover 25
i have had the head gasket done 3 weeks ago and all was well
my problem when the car is cold it wont pull under load unless i use hi revs
i have changed the plugs and even replaced the coil packs and leads but still have the same problem
any ideas????

Check your cam belt timing. 1 tooth out gives you the same problem.

Have you had any clutch problems?

Paddiez sounds right. Will run with cambelt out, but not too well.
