porsche 911 phone problem

trying to use the phone in a 06 porsche, insert the sim into the PCM2 tray, and the screen tells you it is reading sim card then it changes to initialising phone and does ont change,
have tride leaving it for an hour and turning it on and off, but nothing can get it to work, any ideas?

No idea, but I would try cleaning the contacts on the SIM, or try a different SIM.

have tested two different sims, O2 and Orange still no joy.
