Ford Galaxy Sat Nav

I am having a slight problem with my Sat nav in my Ford Galaxy.
It seems to be working okay but I cant seem to select a Town/City.
When I go to enter destination, the town/city is not available as it is feint and can not change it.
Any Ideas ?
