Mondeo sometimes turns over but will not fire. When this happens wipers and blowers also do not work. Tried new relay switch but still same . Battery ok.

no. when it does start it runs as normal.

I thought that so put it on charge and then tested it. Fully charged. And its a relatively new battery.

possibbly a jammed starter, next time it dont start, try tapping the starter........

It may be the crankshaft sensor - what year is the Mondeo and what engine does it have?
