Renault cd problem

How do I remove the cd cassette from the cd changer on a renault espace iv? I have tried pushing the button that is marked but nothing happens.

we have same problem with cd on velsatis, tried a car audio specialist and they advised us to take it back to renault.....

CD disc jammed inside possibly. Lid off job to extricate disc, I would think!
