car won't start..............its totally dead

I was given new car with work and left my Peugout 206SW on the drive. Before I knew it, it was months and now it won't start. I thought it was the battery so I charged it up and still nothing, no turn over, no lights on dash board, no sound, no connection at all. Does anyone know what it can be........needless to say I'm not mechanically minded..............

Battery is either not connected up correctly, or the battery has died and not actually charged up.
First step is to test with multimeter, or a load across it like a motor or big bulb.
If they don't work at all .. or properly .. after a charge, battery needs replacing.

Don't go to Peugeot ..
Use a Car Electrical factors for a new battery.
Buy a decent brand ... like Ducelier, Hella, Bosch, etc.

Get someone to JUMP start your car, if it starts replace the battery.
