I took out car insurance with admiral not long ago around 6th Jan. However I have come to realise that I gave the wrong amount of no claims years in my application. I put one year no claims instead of two.

will there be an admin fee to ring up and change or is there a some sort of 14 day cooling off period.?

Also does anyone know how much its likely to take the premium down by with 2 years no claims instead of 1?

thanks.

i know i should have put this post with the 'insurance' section but I didnt realise!!
They need to know to satisfy that they are aware of all"relevent" facts. I would guess that your premium will not be affected much if at all.
I wouldn't expect a refund, but I would ring them up and ask them to change your records, so that you get the benefit next year.
Shouldn't cost more than £25 admin and I reckon you should save between 10 and 20% ... work it out!
