Sorn For 1 Month??

Can I declare sorn for 1 month and can I retax my motorbike as easy afterwards? Thanks in advance.

Yes to both questions. You may not actually get the SORN notice before you retax though.

If it's not taxed I was under the impression you were legally obliged to declare SORN. Presumably even for just a day ? I just put it all down to how the authorities love to make life difficult and increase the opportunity to get at decent folk.

Thanks for those answers. I may be keeping it in the garage for a month or two depending on the weather. No point in taxing it for it to be stood still I guess? Cheers again.
