What's the difference between a liquid cooled and an air cooled scooter? And is any better than the other? Thanks

a water cooled motor has water flowing within the engin block. in small channles. an air cooled relys on air traveling over the engin block to cool it.
water cooled is better in some ways as more heat can be taken from the engin block. so it can spin faster so faster scooter. but air cooled has less things to go wrong, not that it should go wrong.
water cooled also gives a quieter engine. the water absorbs noise from the engine and also keeps the engine at a constant (almost) temperature. if you can keep the engine below a dangerous heat level, it stands less chance of siezing.
my view is that anything so small should be aircooled, why waste energy/more to go wrong on water pump etc.
leave water cooling for powerful bikes
