please help!

I have just brought a 2003 honda 600rr, and im pulling my hair out trying toget it to run. It had been dropped but had only light scratches on the panels and a broken tail pipe, I have replaced the tail pipe etc and tryed to fire it up for the first time. it had a flat battery so using jump leads it turns over but wont fire, I have checked the fuses by the battery and checked the fuses in the fuse box on the left hand side of the bike all seem ok.

It doesnt seem to "buzz" on the fuel injection when the ignition is switched on? and although it does turn over it refuses to fire up, has anyone had or heard of this problem? anyone got any suggestions? I would be grareful of any ideas. many thanks

I don't realy know but does it have an auto switch to kill the engine if it is crashed? give a Honda garage a ring and ask them.
The "buzz" that you hear is the fuel pump pressurising the fuel system up,this is supposed to happen.it should stop after a few seconds. It may have an immobiliser fitted, are there any locks/pads on the body work that suggest this ??.You need to find out if it is sparking, remove a plug from the engine and leave it dangling on the ht lead, but earthed to the engine.Turn the engine over and see if it sparks. If it does then you know that part of the system is ok.This at least will give you a starting point to work from.Good luck!
