near-side rear brake light staying lit even when ignition off on 52 plate vectra 2.2sxi - can anyone explain or had similar problem?

wonder if this is parking light as when indicator left on left or right ignition off parking lights on

hi tommmy thanks just been out to the car and checked that but light is on when engine is running or ignition is off all other rear lights working correctly
