my klr650 needs a new doohickey.
do i go for stock or an upgrade?

anyone else had this problem?

what happened to the stock one mate ? was it the usual story i have been reading about , it just brakes after not many miles ?

apparently its best to upgrade to a strong one......

im a bit concered myself about this because in august i am setting off to ride 25000 miles on a klr, so any news you get can you post them on here please, so i can get a better understanding of this much discussed part.

just waiting to get access to my brothers workshop so i can make copies of the kawasaki tools used to get behind the alternator rotor

so far it looks as if it's just the spring thats broken as there's no tension on the shaft lever.

however i'm going to replace the lot but haven't decided where to get the upgrade from yet

i'll keep u informed eyepecka
