It is still due to come in, although there is a strong lobby urging the government to dealy. A large number of the new test centres are yet to be finished, and the numbers of examiners willing to transfer is limited (most are saying they will either give up or go back to testing cars (which they are all qualified to do). I know of one motorbike training school that usually gets 60 test slots a month - they have been given 4 for the whole of October. It seems like yet another example of an out-of-touch givernment organisation that is refusing to listen to the industry experts.
