suzuki bandit

hello, i have recently sold my zx6r and bought a bandit (i am far too old for the race type bikes)i have been running around on the bandit for a few weeks now and love it, the riding position is great for my old back, wrists, the only prob i find with the bandit is that it is unreliable during cornering, the front end seems to drift a good bit unless it is driven hard in and out of the corners, i have checked tyres, air pressure, forks sterring head bearings but all seem ok, has anyone any ideas to improve this and any ideas on how to mod the bike would be much appreciated, many thanks john.
