Hi I went into my car this morning and my tyre was completely down. I have also noticed that my car shudders at 60mph and that the brakes sound as if they are rubbing. Anyway I took the car to get the tyre checked and he said that it was warped and worn at the one side. It also looked as if maybe a piece of metal may have burst it. How would this happen. In January I had my 2 left tyres and 1 alloy replaced due to the bad road do you think this may have damaged the right front tyre as well and gone unoticed?

Anyone at anytime can pick up a nail/screw/piece of wire in their tyre, not necessarily down to a bad road although probably doesn't help. But sounds more likely that you should get your tracking and balancing checked. Any tyre sales outlet can do this for you.
It would be unusual to have a 'warped tire' (tyre in UK).  Damage of this sort, especially a front wheel is more likely a bent rim.  This usually comes from striking a curb while parking, etc.  Your mechanic can test for this, and if found, the only remedy is replacement.  Good luck!
