Used this for the first time today, to answer your questions,
Is it easy to use? Yes, its as easy as the box says and it has clear markers as to what switch is for what phase of the cleaning process. Just remember to use a soft sponge in the shampoo phase and to shampoo your car in sections. You will notice the dirt lift with ease.
Is it any good? Simply put yes, and it does dry instantly leaving no water spots looking better than the jet wash or drive through and half the time doing it by hand.
You get enough for 3 washes in the starter packs and in the refills about 10 washes per pack. Thats my next 12 weekends worth for me...
Hope this helps you decide 10/10 from me.

There's only one way to an effortless car wash! Get the missus to do it!
But seriously though, I bought mine and couldn't wait to try this new magical device, no such thing! I was very dissapointed, I live in a hard water area and used most of the shampoo in one go! Yes it dries, but only after waiting for about half an hour, and any water oversprayed afterwards dries and leaves the usual deposits.
So for the price of the unit and then added costs of filters and shampoo I think I'll just carry on using the carwash, and for special occasions do it myself with the trusty old chamois, lets face it you cant beat a hand finished wash.
No doubt it would probably be O.K. in a soft water region, but not where I live.
Sorry Flash, could do better, though the advertising campaign is very convincing!
