Car locking probs

Hi guys, I have a 57 plate VW Jetta but I am having problems with the passenger door not unlocking, any ideas please.

Try your key in the door lock first if it locks & unlocks with the key then you have a central lock problem within that door, when you open the door look in the direction of the door hinges look for a Black circular plug that comes out of the body work then enters you door undo the plug spray WD40 within the plug and see if the cures the faul, if not the innards will have to be checked.

Hi twr, have been to a garage and it appears its the door actuator which is a common problem and its approx £200 to put right,OUCH!!
