how do I remove a ford car radio

On each side of the radio are two holes - cut two pieces of wire coathanger and bend them into U shapes so they fin tin the holes - one U on each side and push them into the holes almost as far as they will go. Press the clips out away from the middle (This should press down clips inside) and pull the whole unit towards you - it should come free - it may take a few attempts to get the clips pressed correctly, so perservere - or go to Halfords and ask them nicely if you can borrow a proper set of the extractors

Maybe you could park it in the centre of Paisley and someone else will do it for you - happened to mine!
