are there fire engine trains?i.e ones that run on the tracks?

It seems unlikely that there would be dedicated fire fighting trains. Fires are usually dealt with by the normal fire services and there is often an access track running by the line. Probably fire fighters have training in dealing with railway fires. Also, there is much less likelihood of modern rolling stock catching fire than the old wood built gas lit carriages.
