makes high pitch noise after 50-60 miles and then continues to make noise with all corners not on staright road

Wheel bearings are usually a low-rumbling sound when you corner, maybe your brakes are sticking ?

im not sure about the high pitched squealing, but any noises that only appear while ur turning normally indicate worn CV joints and/or driveshafts. Hope that helps :)
