AMG is derived from the original founders' initials: Hans-Werner Aufrecht and Erhard Melcher, as well as the town in Germany where Aufrecht was born, Grossaspach.

dont they just. A bloke bought one last year who lives near me. He took me out in it down a duel carrigeway, it bloody flew, got to 150mph in secconds, and it just purred, didnt sound stretched at all, and couldnt even feel the gear changes, just a slight change of note from the exhuast pipes, what a motor! Been in a 911 GT3RS aswell but the AMG does it for me!
