SEAT BELT THAT DO NOT RETRACT

I just bought another car a Suziki Swift and the drivers seat and two of the back seat belts take a long time to retract back into the housing, is there anything that can be done. Could somebody help with this problem I am worried they will not work properly in an accident.

They will work properly .. there is a pendulum device inside the body.

Fully extend the belts .. spray with Mr Sheen or similar on both sides so damp on surface .. allow to retract and extend a few times .. and try that.

Should work ok once silicone in the polish has worked it's way about a bit.
