All Insurance Group 10 cars dont cost the same to insure.

It depends on the car, where you live, the driver(s), their age and all sorts of other factors.
If it's on the newer grouping system (1 - 50) then it's quite a low-rated car and will be cheaper to insure than, say, a group 15. As above, actual amount depends on company, use etc.
Group 10 includes all of these cars:

There are 50 groups, with Group 1 being the cheapest to insure and Group 50 being the most expensive. So Group 10 is at the lower end of the scale.

However, as VHG points out, it's impossible to suggest a figure without a great deal more detail. As a 58yo driver, with maximum no claims discount, living in East Anglia, I'd probably be able to get fully comprehensive insurance for around £200. But if I lived in Ardwick (Manchester) I might have to pay around £600. A 17-year-old newly qualified driver might pay around £2000 here but £5000 in Ardwick. Those (very) rough figures don't even take occupations into account; a journalist will typically pay at least double what a teacher does.
