hi all so ive just swapped my 2002 honda civic type r with 100k miles no tax but 8 months mot,service history upto 70k ad bits of other paperwork...for a 2003 landrover td4 es station wagon,94k miles 12 months mot,6 months tax,hpi clear,full cream leather heated seats etc 6 disc auto changer,unmarked alloys,few niggly bits..rear driver window doesnt work from either switch and srs light on dash lit up...but just wanted to know if ive done a good deal here regards to valuation etc as i dont really know that much about landrovers but have seen a few on ebay exact models at around 5k?????.....cheers wayne

its the 2.0 deisel engine by the way.
Why did you want to get rid of your "type R" in the first place?

you've done what!!!
The window problem could be a simple thing like a bad connection, try swapping the switches to eliminate the switch, make sure there is a feed with a test unit. providing the motor has been regular servicing the engine should be sound for a 100000+ miles. if the Land Rover was a bad buy, think again, What do you see farmers driving? that tells you lots.
as the deal is done i would guess that so long as you are happy with it then it is a good deal having said that in my opinion the swap is good for you
