RE DODGY WHIPLASH CLAIMS

just spoke to an insurance engineer who has just inspected a very minor accident damaged vehicle(A), extremely light.. Just by luck he also got to inspect the other vehicle also (B)which had NO damage.
Apparently vehicle(B) pulled up to let vehicle (A) out the driver of (A) jumped out claiming(B) had hit him when clearly he hadnt, then 4 members of the (A)s vehicles family climbed into the car and low and behold all claiming whiplash for an accident that never happened!! so plus driver 5 claims...Theres also an independant engineers report listing loads of damage to (A) when challenged on this report (A) said he had had a temporary repair done ,total cr*p..Luckily (B) took pictures at the so called scene of the accident and unusually the same engineer is involved with both inspections.
Give you three guesses what (A)s ethnicity was....oh, and he was a taxi driver
Thats the reason our premiums are high !!

In the North west of England there has been cases of these people trying it on & had got away with it, what the were doing is taking the brake light bulb out slapping on in front of you, you know the result, let the case go to court if need be, If there is a scam these basds know how to pull it. Whip is a very hard thing to DIS-PROVE & scum like these know it. I keep a good distance behind these people for that reason.
