PPI What happened .I dont understand

Theres a lot about ppi .Was wondering how this situation came about .Was there a legal clause in the setting up ..Was there a court case in which it validy was questioned .Why is so much being paid back .

..mm...not sure how it happened that compensation is due but the scavenging parasite lawyers certainly do and are out to get their share.....just look at the TV ads to see that......they say no-win-no-fee.....problem is how much they take when you do win and if they take your case you can be certain of winning otherwise they won't take your case in the first place....

Thank you .Dont have a case or anything like that .As a matter of fact since paying off morgage I do not have any loan ect .Some one told me because I am not in debt I probably have a low credit rating and would not get a lone .no problem I dont want one .
