PLEASE help! :(

Before i went on holiday a week ago, i locked my car as usual and came in the house before proceeding to hide my keys somewhere so my brother couldn't get them. Now i'm back, i have no idea where i've hid them.

Yes, yes, yes i am an idiot.

Are there any apps/gadgets that can help me locate them? Ive looked in all the obvious places. Most key finders i'e seen are for when you have your keys so you can put the transmitter on your keyring.

at the bottom of the ironing basket, in the cupboard with all the cleaners, in the pocket of your winter jacket?

on the top of a tall wardrobe or cupboard on the wall?

Have you left them in the car!

inside a mug in the crockery cupboard?

underneath the dog/cat cushion?

You will remember either when on the loo, or in the shower.

Sadly none that i'm aware of as they have to be connected to the key to find them. Do you not have a spare? Check drawers, ask if anyone has seen them and think of the last place you'd ever think of looking

Just think of the least likely place you would ever hide anything - or alternatively go to all the effort of getting new keys made at great expense and changing a lock and they will turn up in some place you swear you have looked in at least 10 times!!
(I think we have a poltergeist in this home - both myself and my OH are always losing things, and I'm sure that I would never have hidden half the things we appear to have lost!)

I have turned the house from top to bottom... Nowhere to be found. Im using the spare and got a new house key cut. The cars on lease so if they don't turn up before it goes back, i'll have to pay to get them replaced, which will more than likely be a future question, thanks anyway.
