got a vehicle here (Camaro) with a road tax of £1,030 !!! makes my 207 @ £30.00 a bargain..

And you can't even get 6months on that rate to split the cost....

Though if you can afford to keep a Camaro in fuel in the UK chances are the tax cost isn't going to be a worry.

apparently thats the highest tax band, i always thought it was about £600,shows how much i know...
ummmmm some vehicles are ZERO road tax...

It's the highest rate for cars registered after 1st April 2010, for cars registered before that the highest rate is £475.00

There is no such thing as "Road Tax"

is not vehicle tax the same as car tax ??? even the directgov website refers to it as car tax....
