satnav screen frozen

I have a snooper syrius satnav and the screen has frozen at a place i visited a few weeks ago. i can't get rid of this and it won't pick up to my current location. it seems that it needs re-booting but have no idea how to do this. some satnavs have a little re-set button but this one doesn't appear to have one. any ideas?

there will be a tiny little hole somewhere - gently insert a pin and press the reset button inside.
similar to how you get a cd out of a drive when it wont open

apparently these satnavs don't have any re-set button (?why). we gave up on it and went back to the old way of using a map - consequently got hopelessly lost - italy isn't so good at signposts!! will have to bite the bullet and get in touch with the company re getting it repaired
