the load ratio on my current tyres is 91, is it ok to use tyres with a 95 load?

A 91 load ratio means the tyre can carry up to 615kg. 95 means up to 690kg.
It's perfectly safe and legal. You may just feel the bumps a bit more as the side walls will be a bit stiffer.

Neomy, danchip is not talking sizes, he is talking load rating.
calm down dear, 91 is a 'load' indicator, not a measurement of tyre size!
