Were you disabled when you took out the insurance originally? Has your disabilty become worse?
Question Author
No I wasnt disabled at start of policy my situation has deterriated and I at present dont drive but hope springs I am hopeing that surgery and medication will make it possible this year later on
it depends on the wording of the question the insurance co ask re impairments. Usually it's do you have an illness/disability that you have to tell the DVLA about
(so in essence it depends on the nature of your illness) ps, i got rind on bacon from griffins on the bridge in newbury the other day)

Lucky you bednobs ...I am still trying to track down spam fritters -they dont appear on line at tescos, sob sob. The OH get me the bacon now and again but says its cut too thick !
have you tried co-op for spam fritters? Isaw some in there once (this was some time ago - i don't regularly look for them)
If you end up permanently on the highest rate of mobility allowance and decide to opt for the car everything is included in the deal so you don't need worry about insurance. If however you decide to carry on with a private car, while failure to tell them about everything thing that may affect you ability to drive may nullify your insurance in the event of an accident, I don't really see why you should have to tell them you are receiving a disability payment.
Nanny, out local Tesco's has Spam Fritters, her husband and youngest son would live on them if she'd let them.
