Just a quickie. Got my MOT tomorrow, got 2 "nozzles" each side of the bonnet for washing the windscreen. Each "nozzle" has 2 jets. One of the jets on the drivers side is blocked. It still washes the windscreen perfectly with one nozzle.

MOT failure ?

Think so. If you've got a wire brush, shove one of the bristles up the nozzle. That may well clear it.
Not sure on that one hammerman, could you not unblock it with piece of fuse wire or something similar.
Mine failed on that. Dress making needle soon sorted it.
Fail Criteria: The windscreen washers do not provide enough liquid to clear the windscreen in conjunction with the wiper(s).

Ditto barmaid. A sewing needle will do the trick.
Just ask them to fix minor issues, if they're up for it.
If the jet are sending water out & onto the screen, it will pass, but why take the chance? as said, prod the holes with a pin but do not put too much force on the jet as you will knock them out of position.
