Is 'nc' in the UK antunano?
Is NC North Carolina? We have a few people here who are based on that side of the Atlantic but most are in the UK.
In the UK, providing the person has a valid Driving Licence, has your permisson to drive you & you alone, I can not see any problems, make sure you do not sign the car over to him / her!
They will still need insurance.
You could sell them the car? I don't know how it works in the States.
You just need to insure your car in your name and add either any other driver over 25 with no accidents or convictions, or just add a named driver.
I am reg disabled, have never driven, haven't got a license, about 12 years ago, i bought a cheap car, Insured it for any driver (as above), It cost a bit more than normal insurance, but it meant that I could get around, I also let my friend that ran me around, use it to visit his children, as he couldn't afford a car, so we were both happy.
TWR...thats not true... they must be insured
