What's The Button For?

On the centre console of a Citroen C3 there is a small button which looks like a speedo clock with bars coming from it. When pressed a small yellow light comes on and a small bleep sounds. What it the button? I think it's the speed limiter.

Try pressing it then try to accelerate.

If it won't go any faster, there is your answer.
