More like half an hours labour. Not knowing what model and year hard to answer, some are pigs to get to, have you tried Halfords ? They do a fitting service on bulbs, however they have been known to say sorry we cant do that car / model. Maybe worth giving them a ring though.

Which? has just done a report on this very subject and the dealer charge for replacing a headlamp bulb on a Renault Modus is £150!

I had a Honda which required the wheel arch lining to be removed to replace a headlamp bulb!
