Depends on the car but I would say about 30 minutes.

I had one done a few years ago - removal of old one and fitting new. Fitter was here 45 mins.

Sounds about right ^^^^ for a normal car windscreen
30-60 mins.
If its a bonded screen(which most are now) it should be left for a few hours before driving to allow the bonding advesive/sealer to cure.
when the screen is fitted you will issued with paperwork which gives a 'drive off time'
Just a tip on this Joko, check the area after the new screen, I noticed a deep scratch on the paint work on my car when the rear screen rubber were replaced, the had to pay the cost, it was an accident which they owned up to, but It was myself who noticed this before they said anything!!!.
