MrsTTT wants to borrow my car it's 5 metres long hers is 3.5 metres long. She cannot go round a corner without hitting the kerb in her car, she cannot comprehend how I even get my car in the drive. We have just had a row because I related the above facts as reasons why my car will be quickly wrecked. Should I have just let her drive it and said I told you so when she smashes it up or should I just have accepted it as part of a relationship? The problem is I know with certainty what will happen but there is no way of preventing it without this sort of conflict! Thanks for listening.

lol...
If she's a named driver on the insurance policy, there's no reason why she shouldn't take it.
Don't let her borrow it.
So....which do you love more....? ;-) x
You really need help, damned if you do and damned if you don't

My OH drives a high top transit thingy. He drives it perfectly and parks it perfectly but really struggles to park my Ford KA.

So....which do you love more....? ;-) x

LOL, that is something my Mrs would say !.
Boxtops: if it were my car, and I didn't think somebody else wasn't capable enough to drive it properly (no matter who it was), then they wouldn't drive it.
...two negatives...tut tut..
I may sound sexist, but women are ?...?..?.. in my world of driving.
get her taken of your insurance & see if her policy covers her to drive other cars.
just don't get nice alloy wheels fitted EVER.
I am fortunate that my Wife Can't drive lol.
let battle commence.

As a named driver wouldn't she be third party only?
out of curiosity, what type of car is 5m long?

Mr Alba got rammed up the back of MY car when he borrowed it, ok not his fault but I was still peeved. It was a write-off :-(
Baldric - that's not the case on my insurance. We're both covered fully comp.
Who hit him Alba? A man or a woman?

No, don't lend it TTT. Drive her to where she needs to go instead and by her dinner out afterwards, a bunch of flowers and a new dress!
lol ummm, it was a man :-)
foot slipped off the stop pedal and onto the go-fast pedal.

Tora, I'm sorry, what is an E65?

(I'm dense when it comes to motors, but am willing to learn)
