You could try an insurance broker and see if they can help. Most websites would only offer 10 - 12 months.
The easiest thing to do is take out a whole year and then cancel. There will be a cancellation fee plus you may have to pay an extra month or so, but it should be cheaper than taking out a 2 - 3 month insurance.
