Engine Cutting Out

I have a Vauxhaul Vectra, for the last week or so on a regular basis the TC and ABS lights have been staying on the clock which tells me how fast i'm going doesn't work and the engine sometimes cuts out when i slow down or come to a stop, can anyone tell my why this is happening? Thanks in advance :-)

Time for the garage, I feel. Pretty certain that no speedo is an offence and that you may be doing damage by continuing to drive.

Get the garage to scan. That should pinpoint the problem. Probably a sensor.

I had a similar problem with a VW Polo.

I'm currently playing "Warning Light Bingo" with my Vectra as I'm trading it in soon so I'm not fixing anything. Never thought I'd come across anyone else who is beating me in that game. Your speedo tipped the balance as I only have the airbag and check engine lights on today. Different ones may be on tomorrow.
