He was advised to keep off the road for one month though and we did have to run him around. Out with the bus pass and the train timetable! He did not have to inform DVLA or surrender his licence, just tell the insurance company. This was instructed by the surgeon and i guess that varies depending on the person and the severity of the heart attack. Wishing him a speedy recovery.

Yes, the Angiogram went well today. He was told the bit if furring in the artery is pretty good for someone his age, so no further action with that.
His medication has been greatly changed since some of it he'd taken for years without being reviewed. Newer better medication available now.
If all is well when on the consultants round in the morning he may be home tomorrow.
