Land Rover Series 3

My Land Rover Series 3 starts and runs well, but when it gets to normal operating temperature it will not restart until the engine cools.

On most cars if this happens it's usually caused by the main fuel pump relay overheating.  Not sure if the Land Rover series 3 has one though.

Try the landrover technical forums on www.difflock.com they're pretty helpful and what they don't know about land rovers isn't worth knowing
