Rear Wiper Motor Swap Over

Can a mk1 ka wiper motor be put into a mk 5 fiesta or are they different sized.

I'm no expert on car parts but, having delivered them for a Ford main dealer, I would be amazed if they were the same. (Ford just don't make things that simple!).

Its the opposite to what you said as i thought they tended to share lots of parts and was hoping this was one was ok but it goes to show that they arent always as you said .
