Can't Change Heater Settings In A Ford Mondeo

The heater in my 2005 Ford Mondeo seems to be stuck on one setting. Luckily for me it is stuck on hot but it's not blowing out very fast and it takes forever to de-mist the windows as I can't turn the heating to max. Is this something I can easily fix myself? Could it be a blown fuse? Any help would be very much appreciated.
