I lost my provisional in 2001. Now I've got to apply for another. Is it a case of just sending new photos to be updated, or I've got to re-apply as new?

When you say "lost" do you mean disqualified, or lost as in misplaced it?

When I lost mine I just phoned up and it was replaced. But I did it soon after it had happened. You may need to re-apply...but give them a wee call and see what they say.
