how could the guy be in the wrong having paid for an hour and returned to the car 2 mins before it expired and still get a ticket ! he get off with it but not because he was in the right but because it turned out he was delivering goods
he did not feel vindicated because of this

his ticket till was **.12 past the hour. the wardens photo of the "offending small van" was taken at **.10 past the hour. so 2 mins remaining methyl ?? thats my point and it was his principle to get ticket stopped,

Maybe the warden knew where he was and that he would not be back in time .Joke there somewhere

still not the rule to issue a ticket till after time though
