Currently 1/4 of the world drive on the left (74 countries - 4 billion drive on the right, 2 billion on the left).

well you never see a roundabout in america. I know the americans think we are weird when they drive over here because they don't understand the roundabouts. Much like ourselves sometimes. Why do we have them anyone know. I can just imagine these poor souls driving round and round not knowing where to get off.
The site that Kebab Meister recommends includes this gem:
�Visitors are informed that in the United Kingdom traffic drives on the left-hand side of the road. In the interests of safety, you are advised to practise this in your country of origin for a week or two before driving in the UK.�
What do the police think in those countries?
Incidentally it only took one country to change the majority from the left drivers to the right drivers (China about 50 years ago).
